DRBC Proposed Rule Changes Draw Scrutiny and Criticism
The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) faced public outcry during two recent hearings regarding proposed amendments to its "Rules of Practice and Procedure." While the DRBC deemed the changes as necessary updates, critics, including members of the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, expressed outrage.
