Welcome to Radio Catskill’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month where we honor the rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities in Sullivan County.
Enrique Velasquez was one of the first students of the Liberty Partnership Program (LLP), in 2017 and now serving as a mentor to students in the Liberty LLP program, and recently graduated from SUNY Sullivan.
