Orange County Sheriff’s Office Calls Medical Neglect Allegations Inside Jail ‘Rumors’
The Orange County Jail has served as a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility since 2008. Advocates have long alleged that individuals incarcerated in the jail’s ICE unit have faced medical neglect and inhumane treatment.
